Community Intervention Services leadership is founded on the Service Center concept, providing shared services for the Community Intervention Services network including Clinical Oversight, Human Resources, Finance and Information Services.
Chief Executive Officer – Andrew Calkins
Mr. Calkins joined Community Intervention Services in 2016. With 25+ years of healthcare experience, he has held several key leadership positions in finance and operations across multiple healthcare service industries, including Long Term Care, Long Term Acute Care, Hospice and Home Health. Prior to joining CIS, Mr. Calkins served as the President of Loving Care Agency, a national provider of pediatric home care services.
Chief Clinical Officer – Ed Neuhaus
Dr. Neuhaus is focused on quality of care, outcomes measurement, and clinical training to improve the clinical service provided to our consumers. He is a board certified clinical psychologist and faculty member at Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry. He has practiced at McLean Hospital, a Harvard teaching hospital, where he became a recognized leader in clinical care, teaching, and treatment outcome research. He is a master trainer in Cognitive Behavior Therapy with extensive experience training clinicians nationally, in the US military, and internationally. He has also developed methods to improve scalability and quality of clinical training using online learning technology.
Chief Financial Officer – Matthew Lesniewski
Mr. Lesniewski joined CIS in November 2018 and was appointed CFO in May of 2019. With over 20 years of Finance & Operations experience with both Public and Private companies, Mr. Lesniewski is responsible for overall financial management of CIS, including accounting, cash management, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. His background includes financial leadership positions with companies in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and IT industries. Mr. Lesniewski holds degrees in Finance & Economics from Boston College.
Chief Information Officer – Randy Hill
Mr. Hill has 30 years of Information Services experience across primary healthcare, mental health and manufacturing. He provides the technology leadership to CIS with oversight of primarily “cloud solutions” supporting Electronic Health Records, Finance and Human Resources. His background is in large scale Enterprise Resource Planning implementations, IT Infrastructure, and health informatics, including Health Information Exchange architecture, planning and deployment.
Chief Human Resources Officer – Vandy Densmore
Ms. Densmore joined CIS in February 2017. With over 20 years of Human Resources experience, she has held leadership positions in a variety of industries including nonprofits, telecommunications, biotech and healthcare. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Lesley University and is an active member of the Northeast Human Resources Association.
